Do you accept walk-in purchases?
We do not accept walk-in purchases.
How many days in advance should I order?
For all orders, please order by 4PM for next day deliveries. Please note that if delivery slots are full for the next day already, you will only be able to select the next available date upon checkout.
For urgent or orders with special requests, please email us on our website. We'll response as soon as our team is available.
Does my order come with dry ice?
For all our deliveries, no dry ice is required as it is either delivered in a freezer truck or vehicles equipped with high end ice boxes at freezing temperature to ensure it arriving frozen (We'll reship your order if they don't).
Once you receive your order, please store it in a freezer (below -18C) until you're ready to enjoy it.
3. DELIVERY INFORMATION
I missed my delivery and wasn't there to receive it - what happens now?
You will always receive a confirmation email/text to help you remember your delivery. If you happen to be out or unable to receive the order and did not inform us at least 1 business day in advance, there'll be a re-delivery fee of $8.
I need my delivery to arrive at a specific time. What should I do?
Please contact us via email or IG indicating your order number to arrange with us. For specific/express delivery, additional charges apply.
I need to change my delivery date or time. What should I do?
Please reply to your order confirmation e-mail, or chat with us on our website during business hours to change delivery dates or times. We request that changes be made by 4PM at least one business day before your delivery.
My gift recipient was not at home when the delivery was made. What should I do?
When sending a gift, please inform the recipient of the delivery date and time so that they can make arrangements to receive it - as the gift is Ice-Cream, it's not possible to leave it outside if they are not at home. If your friend/gift recipient is unable to receive the gift during the chosen delivery time, we can re-deliver for $8 or you can arrange self-collection for free from our retail shop.
CBD Additional Charge
There are additional charge of $4 for CBD area. A list of areas affected by CBD surcharge are as follows: Anson road, Beach road, Bencoolen road, Boat Quay, Bugis Street, Cairnhill Circle, Cecil Road, Chinatown, City Hall, High Street, Marina Bay, Middle Road, North Bridge road, Orchard road, People’s Park, Raffles Place, Rochor road, Shenton Way, Suntec City, Tanjong Pagar, Victoria street.

How many flavors do you have?
We have 9 flavours - Natural, Peach Mango, Strawberry Yuzu, Lychee, Berry Swirl, Grape, Green Apple, Premium Dark Chocolate and Premium Avocado Gula-Melaka.
How is this difference between soft-and hard-serve frozen yoghurt?Soft-serve does not contain probiotics, hard-serve does.
We adopted a manufacturing process similar to that for Ice-Cream, and it is created with our proprietary pre-mix base. Combined with New Zealand skimmed milk, high-grade virgin coconut oil, as well as yogurt that contains prebiotics and probiotics (live cultures) - the mixture is rapidly frozen and churned to minimise the size of ice crystals.
While conventional methods of Ice-Cream production involve pasteurising the entire Ice-Cream mix, the Sogurt technology pasteurises all but the yogurt component. This meticulous attention to detail eliminates the yogurt's exposure to high heat, keeping the healthy bacteria alive. The freshly made froyo ice-cream is then packaged in pint and single cup-sized tubs, then rapidly frozen at sub-zero temperatures to set.
Is Froyo Ice-Cream the same as Ice-Cream?
Yes! It is the same with extra goodness in it :)
What ingredients do you use?
We use our proprietary pre-mix base, combined with New Zealand skimmed milk, high-grade virgin coconut oil, as well as yogurt that contains prebiotics and probiotics (live cultures).
How long can I keep Sogurt Froyo Ice-Cream for?
The expiry date is indicate on the pint and minicups. It can be kept for up to 12 months from date of packing.
(Please note that the shelf life assumes that you store the product correctly in a freezer below -18C. If the product melts, the shelf life is no longer valid)
Can I request a gift message?
Yes, please write any gift messages in your Order Notes. We will provide a gift card and notes with your order free of charge.
